I’m a holistic health practitioner that believes playfulness is one of the most crucial components of wellbeing. An Irish leprechaun born on St. Patty’s Day, I’m here to remind you to not take yourself too seriously because life itself is hard enough. As an herbalist, mindfulness guide, yoga teacher, cook of various ethnic cuisines and nature adventurer, I seek to braid together a day of restoration just right for you and your crew.

Whether you’re visiting with family and friends, looking to host a unique bachelorette gathering or just looking to enjoy a staycation, I will craft an experience with you that may include tea and/or cacao ceremonies with yoga and guided meditation, music and dance, body therapies, art tours or guided art sessions, menus of ethnic healthy and fun food/drinks with garden and beach options. The options continue once I get a sense of the experience you and your group are trying to create.
