In addition to more active pursuits, I find joy in simple walks, relish in savoring good food, and frequent wonderfully health-conscious places to shop for natural products. My background is rooted in health, healing, massage, and yoga, forming a solid foundation for sharing holistic wellness insights with others.

Had a great experience touring the hidden gems of Reno. Julie was funny and an excellent guide. It was a rainy morning, so in order to enjoy the ride he delayed the start time about an hour.
