About me
Aloha, everyone! I go by many names and wear many hats, but please, call me Frances. I am born and raised here on Oahu and have lived here my whole life. I’ve soaked up enough knowledge of the island to be your budget-friendly, constantly oversharing, costumed tour guide.
I say costumed because not only am I a performer and artist, I am a costumer and someone that volunteers time cosplaying (costume playing) year round, particularly for volunteer and childrens’ events. I probably won’t be in costume for an everyday/not themed tour. But I enjoy dressing up, and if you also do, I can help you find or even loan you costumes and costume pieces for whatever fun thing pops up on island!

My Offer
Steampunk events? Bar crawls? Holiday parades? Costume contests? Pirate or ‘80’s themed tango parties? There’s more than the usual Waikiki tiki and beach based activities.
I also dance, mainly bellydance and burlesque, so if there isn’t a class by a friend of mine, I can teach you a few moves in person (or online, there are ways).
I want to make sure that when you come to Oahu, that the majority of your time here is spent doing things YOU want, not what other people tell you you should want.
Do you want a food tour? Nature hike? Nightlife in Downtown area, Kaka'ako, or Waikiki strip? Museums or historical landmarks like palaces (yes, we have palaces)
I curate a trip for what you want, as time is money and I don't like wasting either. I want to make sure you are having a good time, while still respecting the locals and the law of both the land and the people.
Talk with me. I am negotiable and able to give referrals or recommend resources should you not be able to afford a tour guide. Everyone will have a different situation, and I generally go by an hourly rate of $20/hr, but this can change depending on what exactly we're doing and where we're going.
