Provide logistical assistance and customer service to individuals and their families relocating to Mid-Michigan. Analyze the requirements and preferences for moving to the area. Facilitate the transition and establish enduring relationships with clients. Review and explain client relocation policies, procedures, and benefits to transferees. Provide personal support to the relocating employee and their family.
Offer expert knowledge of the city, local rental market, school districts, Social Security process, obtaining a vehicle, driver's license, doctors, hospitals, and shopping.
