Melissa was punctual, friendly & knowledgeable and showed us the beautiful sights of Oahu. My friend has mobility issues and travelling in a bus was not an option for us, but with Melissa's personal care & kindness we were about to achieve most of what we wanted to see. She also took heaps of photos for us to ensure that we had the best memories of our time in Hawaii.
