I'm a huge travel and tech nerd, with a heart for humanity and charity work. I taught thousands of Lyft drivers how to understand and learn the city's streets so they could expand the knowledge of their passengers while keeping tourists safe and out of the sketchy parts of town.

The Citysurfing local will receive your request and message you back to clarify any questions they may have. If they agree to offer their services to you, they will create and send you a customized offer which will allow you to finalize your booking.

Each listing owner decides how they will receive payments for their services. If they selected “Prepay at Booking” you will need to prepay for the offer when you finalize your booking. If they selected “Pay at Meeting” you can make your payment in the local currency when you meet.

This was the most interesting and personal experience I've ever been on. Matt knew the city so deeply and presented a ton of information entertainingly. It was equivalent to reading 10 books or listening to a dozen podcasts in just a couple of hours. Though I've been here before, I saw S.F. in a totally new light. Matt was a warm and engaging guide. **My advice: if you're visiting San Francisco, book Matt for a unique understanding of the City; if you live there, take your out-of-town guests for an Experience that rivals anything else you could show them!
