About me
Hey! I’m originally from Miami but raised in the Virgin Islands.

I’ve been in the food and service industry for the better part of my life, first as a Chef, Getting certified in Ayurvedic Cooking and running my own business in the Virgin Islands. To later moving to NYC in 2016 where I dove into the industry there. While in New York City, I held many jobs from being a server in Manhattan to a Sous and Head Chef in Brooklyn.

After moving here to Fort Lauderdale in 2021 I got into bartending. Now I work as a bartender at one of the hottest spots in Fort Lauderdale, Heritage, in Flagler village.

I enjoy going out to different industry bars and restaurants as well as exploring and finding hidden Jewels in the culinary seen or simply planning and cooking amazing meals myself. What can I say, It’s just the Foodie way.
