About me
I am very familiar with the Grand Junction, Fruita, Palisade, Clifton areas when it comes to real estate and that which pertains to relocation to the Grand Valley. I have sold homes by owner 4 time and purchased 8 homes over my life time. Previous worked with a fix and flip business in the administrative side of the business. I can help you with your plans to retire to the area. If you need me to meet with a realtor on your behalf, or take care of business prior to moving to the area, I am more than happy to help. I am employed as a CNA and very familiar with the housing needs and interests of our golden years. I am familiar with many of the living assisted locations and well as long term care facilities.

You will experience the good the bad and the ugly of the area so that you can make a sound decision in relocating here. Honestly the ugly is just a few hidden pockets of areas that I would highly recommend you do not move to and/or property management companies that play dirty poo . The bad is just that because of the influx of retirees and those moving from Denver to escape the astronomical cost of living means that the medical industry is not prepared to accommodate appointments in a timely manner, that the retail market is playing catch up and the availability of affordable housing has become very tight. The good is 99%. The people here are kind, caring, thoughtful, the weather is doable, and the natural beauty is phenomenal.
