About me
I am a decade+ Yogi who founded https://deydreaming.com (a website to encourage people who Create), and 7daysPRESENT.com (mindfulness & meditation experiences). I practice what I preach. And, I love to teach/share my findings with others.
I've traveled all around the world, and meditated in wonderful places—where I've actually lived—like Southern California, Colorado, Italy, Dominican Republic, Mexico & China. About four years ago, while I was meditating on a dock out on Lake Union, in Seattle, Wa., I felt my spirit grow roots like a Willow tree sitting by the edge of the water—just like that, I knew that I finally found home in the Emerald City. So I've barely left since!
I'd much rather stay in the Pacific Northwest and share wonderful experiences with travelers from all over the world. I so look forward to sharing wonderful wellness experiences with all the CHUMO guests!

Enjoy an off-the-beaten-path to Self-Development adventure in the middle of Seattle—located just 2 miles north of Pike Place, this mindful urban hike* begins in the famous, floating-home neighborhood of Eastlake.
We’ll meet at the local artesian bakery, and enjoy a nice chat. Then we'll go over the mindfulness lesson. Followed by some exercises to solidify the practice.
Afterwards we’ll head out to join Nature.
