About me
Hi There! Originating from The Netherlands, I have landed in Oceanside after travelling, living and working all around the world for many years. My profession is teaching dance to all ages and people from all walks of life. Specialised in Salsa, Bachata and experienced in Jazz, Zumba and Show dance. Besides teaching dance I manage our own tour company and have a lot of experience showing people around. We are active in Puerto Rico with off the beaten path tours to the rainforest, but also cultural tours to the old city and exploring the heritage of Puerto Rico. We also offer salsa, Afro percussion drumming, photography workshops. Let's explore!

How to make a new place your home away from home! Originating from The Netherlands I have travelled, lived and worked all around the world. This means that I have lots of experience landing in a place and starting from scratch. Finding work, housing, social network, figure out how the system and culture works, this is not always easy, but it's exciting and makes you grow in all aspects as a human being! The past 4 years I have lived in Puerto Rico since my husband - who I met in Indonesia - lived there. After the devastating hurricanes Irma and Maria that hit the island in 2017, we had to relocate and arrived in Oceanside, California. In my daily life, I am a mother of two kids and manage our own tour company we have in Puerto Rico. Active and healthy is my lifestyle. If I have time on hands I teach dance to kids and adults as since 2007 this has been my primary profession. I would love to be of service in showing people how to put their roots down in a new place and show them around!
